Having found the account, it would seem now the only issue your friend should have is the wrong account linked with steam. Thanks for any helpĮdit: the login information was found but the old account as said was replaced with the new account Is there a way he can get this account back ? He's spent over £600 and over 2000 hours on his old account and he was just wondering but never asked for help so im deciding to do it for him.
When the launcher update disappeared ( you used to be able to load the launcher and sign in and out of accounts ) he couldnt sign in as he forgot his password / username and it ended up making a new account which removed the link from steam and hi rez on his old account account and was replaced with this now level 1 account.
